- The Integrator MFT PMO has a current opening for an Integrator Program Coordinator. In this position, you will work closely with the Integrator Program Manager, Technical Director, Contracts Director, and Business Management lead as well as the PMOs of the five mission focused teams (MFT) that make up the TJ program. An ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a PMO, understanding of the various functions of program management (program control, contracts, finance, staffing) and comfortable interfacing with personnel across the org structure (executive, customer COR, contractor, subcontractor).
- Program Coordination:
- Assist day to day MFT rhythms and operations across all program activities.
- Take ownership combined deliverables (iPMR, etc) on a monthly basis.
- Innovate new engagement ideas for PMOs and technical staff personnel.
- Coordinate MFT collaborations across mission including strategic discussions and morale activities.
- Perform documentation of discussions with stakeholders and internal syncs.
- Assist with communications and outreach with subcontractor management.
- Assist with metrics tracking for MFT and subcontractor performance.
- Lead the Staff Committee:
- Plan and lead semi-monthly meetings.
- Create monthly jobs bulletin to be sent to full TJ team.
- Serve as point of contact for challenges escalated from MFT staffing managers.
- Tool and Record Management:
- Maintain staffing rosters in multiple domains and prepare monthly roster deliverables from Sharepoint.
- Oversee the TJ staffing management tool to include troubleshooting, account creation and management, and feature enhancements.
- Help launch revamped PMO tools and engage with IT to ensure compliance with new CMMC guidelines.
- High Level Policy Authority:
- Deconflict subcontractor submissions as needed.
- Provide guidance to teammates on the staffing process.
- Continuously maintain language for staffing policy and rules of the road and revise as needed.
- Engage with prospective teammate companies to determine alignment to mission needs
- Cross train with functional areas for back up coverage as needed.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting DoD programs
- Prior experience with contract staffing, staffing management tool(s), and PMO processes
- Familiarity with contract program control functions and calculations
- Focus on organization, communication, and flexibility; ability to gain consensus across multiple stakeholders
