Nisga'a Tek is seeking a Command and Control / Cyber Operations SME Level III.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide expertise and assistance in development of strategic, operational, and tactical IW C2/CO plans.
- Provide support, assistance, and analysis to identify and document Fleet C2/CO training requirements.
- Provide support, assistance, and analysis for the C2/CO experimentation process and C2/CO doctrine development.
- Provide technical support, assistance, and training for readiness reporting tools supporting Navy readiness status reporting.
- Participate in weekly staff planning meetings, briefings, and VTCs related to Cybersecurity Support.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and workshops on behalf of NIWDC or NAVIFOR regarding current and future doctrine/requirements development and integration.
- Conduct weekly ship visits to local ports to validate Fleet requirements for HBSS and ACAS NTTPs.
- Create and update POA&Ms and related briefings.
- Develop training requirements from gap analyses supporting NIWDC DCO advanced training for DCO personnel.
- Perform additional duties in support of contract requirements and other tasks as assigned by program management.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Expertise in strategic, operational, and tactical IW C2/CO plan development and assistance.
- Skill in supporting, assisting, analyzing, and documenting Fleet C2/CO training requirements.
- Knowledge and ability to support the C2/CO experimentation process and development of C2/CO Doctrine.
- Proficiency providing technical support, assistance, and training for readiness reporting tools that inform Navy readiness statuses.
- Experience participating in weekly staff planning meetings, briefings, and VTCs related to Cybersecurity Support.
- Ability to attend and represent NIWDC or NAVIFOR at meetings, conferences, and workshops for current/future doctrine and requirements development and integration.
- Capability to conduct weekly ship visits to local ports to validate Fleet requirements for HBSS and ACAS NTTPs.
- Skill in creating and updating POA&Ms and related briefings.
- Ability to develop training requirements from gap analyses related to NIWDC DCO advanced training for DCO personnel.
- Working knowledge of DOTMPLF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Personnel, Leadership, Facilities).
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years' experience in C2/CO to include performing responsibilities at the Navy Enlisted E-6, Chief Warrant Officer 3 or the Officer O-4 level or above.
- Qualified as a Master Training Specialist Required
- Bachelor's Degree in related field required, (12 additional years' experience may be substituted)
- Shall have knowledge of supporting DOTMPLF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Personnel, Leadership, Facilities)
- TS Clearance required with SCI Eligibility
