We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to perform schedule analysis and support assigned programs or projects. This role ensures that project schedules and plans are fully integrated across key functional groups, including finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality. The ideal candidate will track schedules, perform risk assessments, resolve critical path issues, and use various project management tools to monitor progress and identify variances. This position ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control guidelines and may lead or participate in schedule review meetings.
Responsibilities
Perform schedule analysis and provide support for assigned projects and programs.
Ensure schedules and plans are integrated across cross-functional teams.
Track project progress, conduct risk analysis, and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
Utilize Gantt charts, PERT charts, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management tools.
Identify performance variances and recommend corrective actions for critical areas.
Ensure adherence to internal program procedures and project control system guidelines.
Lead or participate in regular scheduling status reviews.
Qualifications
Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of project scheduling and project management practices.
Proven experience managing large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight.
Ability to communicate effectively within and outside the organization to influence and drive process improvements.
Demonstrated experience improving processes, systems, or products.
Ability to contribute to new processes or products and execute operational plans that deliver measurable business impact.
