We are seeking a highly specialized and experienced Army Logistics System Specialist to manage and optimize the flow of critical goods and information within our client's organization. The ideal candidate must possess an intimate working knowledge of U.S. Army supply chain procedures, forms, and, most critically, the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system. This role is essential for maintaining operational readiness and financial accountability by ensuring flawless execution of supply processes.

Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas
1. PBUSE System Mastery and Execution
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functions within the PBUSE system, specifically relating to property accountability, inventory management, and warehousing operations.

Execute and oversee all system transactions, including receiving, issuing, transferring, and inventory adjustments, ensuring 100% data integrity and compliance.

Administer and maintain electronic data systems and interfaces related to the PBUSE environment.

2. Logistics Process Control & Compliance
Control the efficient and compliant flow of materials, equipment, and services from acquisition to end-user placement, meeting strict operational timelines and customer requirements.

Ensure rigorous adherence to standard Army supply regulations and processes, leveraging deep knowledge of standard Army supply forms (e.g., DA Forms 2062, 3161, etc.) for all transactions.

Implement and continuously improve standard logistics procedures, including replenishment systems and demand forecasting, within existing financial constraints.

3. Training and Stakeholder Integration
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal operating entities, distribution teams, and strategic partners/suppliers.

Translate complex military logistics procedures into clear, actionable guidance for non-military personnel or new team members.

Integrate lessons learned from military experience, industry best practices, and professional training to enhance our competitive position and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile: Non-Negotiable Requirements
Security Clearance: MUST possess an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.

Mandatory Technical Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on, recent experience using Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) within a warehousing or supply chain management context.

Military Background: General to mid-level proven background in U.S. Army logistics (MOS 92Y preferred, or equivalent) with a strong understanding of property accountability doctrine.

Supply Expertise: Demonstrated deep familiarity with and practical application of standard Army supply forms and documentation processes.

Systems Acumen: Experience with data interchange systems and electronic data administration related to logistics operations.

Why Join Us?
This is a unique civilian opportunity to leverage your specialized military training and system knowledge (specifically PBUSE) in a high-impact corporate environment. Your expertise will be directly responsible for the accountability and timely movement of high-value assets.
