Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, System Administrator Journeyman to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally.

Job Description:

The Systems Administrator will provide tier-one and tier-two network support in accordance with the SIE OPORD and applicable operational directives. Duties and requirements may vary based on location, system complexity, mission parameters, and the size of the supported organization. The position requires demonstrated experience with Government-authorized hardware, software, and network systems. The Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, operation, and oversight of mid-range application servers to ensure availability, integrity, and operational effectiveness. The Systems Administrator will conduct continuous monitoring of assigned applications and storage devices, identify potential degradations, and implement corrective actions to prevent service interruptions. This position manipulates systems in accordance with standard procedures to ensure operations when individual parts of a system malfunction. The Systems Administrator confers with senior administrators, systems and applications engineers, and storage personnel to correct errors requiring a change of instructions or sequences of operations. The Systems Administrator maintains operating records such as machine performance and production reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform tier-one and tier-two network and systems support in accordance with SIE OPORD and organizational Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) standards.
  • Support systems hosting complex operational databases, software configuration control, MECM infrastructure, and enterprise workstation management interfaces.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain MECM site servers and components, including file servers, distribution points, management points, boundary groups, and content distribution.
  • Oversee MECM applications, software distribution, patch deployments, task sequences, and storage devices; identify and address hardware or software points of failure.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, MECM agent, operating system deployment (OSD), application packaging, and networking issues impacting client or server performance.
  • Study technical documentation and program instructions to ensure proper system setup, MECM configurations, and operational processes.
  • Install and update operating systems, patches, feature updates, and cumulative updates using MECM deployment methods.
  • Perform system backups, recovery tasks, server builds, and support the implementation of new MECM roles, distribution points, and site enhancements.
  • Coordinate with software systems engineering, application packagers, cybersecurity teams, and developers to correct errors and implement updates within the MECM ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate operating records, including system logs, distribution reports, deployment results, and performance metrics.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for MECM-related infrastructure, processes, and operational tasks.
  • Potential to work shifts during exercises.

You MUST have:
  • A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II
  • Microsoft Associate level certification

It's GREAT if you also have:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Education:
  • High School Diploma with 6 years of experience OR AA + 4 yrs of experience OR BS + 2 years of experience OR MS + 0 years of experience
