Program Summary
ASRC is currently seeking qualified candidates to support our ICoE Battle Lab program at Fort Huachuca, AZ. ASRC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Intelligence Analyst (Intelligence Planning SME) position to support our customer at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
Job Responsibilities
The Intelligence Analyst / Intelligence Planning SME will:
- Develop coordinated experimentation support plans and collaborate with stakeholders to support experiment planning.
- Assist with analysis and management of experiment execution, including data collection and operational integration.
- Identify risks and develop relevant mitigation strategies during experimental events.
- Support execution of simulation and stimulation activities, system excursions, and scenario-based experimentation.
- Prepare and conduct briefs, training sessions for participants, execution support, and after-action reviews.
- Provide recommendations and decision support for experimentation, evaluation, and demonstration events.
- Recommend performance metrics and measures to assess mission effectiveness of emerging capabilities and technologies.
- Assist with development and implementation of operationally relevant experimentation vignettes, including triggers, events, and operational planning documents.
- Produce high-quality presentation materials, intelligence planning documents, white papers, summary reports, and event documentation per contract requirements.
- Participate in virtual and in-person meetings, document experimentation proceedings, and brief Senior Leaders when required.
Required Experience
- Five (5) years of active-duty Echelon Corps and Below (ECB) experience within the last 5 years.
- Expertise as an Intelligence Planner, with strong knowledge of intelligence operations and planning processes.
- Working knowledge of military simulations, modeling tools, and scenario development for exercises and experiments.
- Understanding of current aerial and terrestrial ISR operations, including manned and unmanned collection platforms and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED).
- Familiarity with applying Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) concepts to intelligence planning and future force requirements.
- Ability to learn and operate battle lab simulators and simulation systems through on-the-job training.
- Experience developing experiment planning documents and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Active Top Secret / SCI (TS/SCI) is required.
