As a CACI Power BI Developer / Data Scientist, you will build and enhance mission-critical logistics dashboards that give XVIII Airborne Corps (XVIII ABC) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) leaders the real-time insights they need to deploy fast and sustain the force. You'll turn complex logistics and financial data into clear, actionable visualizations that directly inform readiness decisions for Army and SOF units.
You will work closely with the Corps G-4 staff to transform backlog requirements into analytics products that commanders actually use-helping them see where risk is building, where performance is improving, and where to act next.

You will work closely with the Corps G-4 staff to transform backlog requirements into analytics products that commanders actually use-helping them see where risk is building, where performance is improving, and where to act next.
Responsibilities:
The work within this this role includes, but is not limited to:
- Enhance the Commander's Logistics Readiness Dashboard.
- Address prioritized backlog items from the XVIII ABC Corps G-4 to provide proactive visibility into logistics and financial readiness.
- Ensure commanders can quickly see trends, risks, and performance at Corps, Division, Brigade, Battalion, and Company levels.
- Develop and improve core logistics dashboards.
- Contract Visibility / CRB Dashboard - Automate the Corps Contract Review Board (CRB) process by tracking contract performance, required actions, and operational impact in a single view.
- Transportation Dashboard - Integrate over-ocean, air cargo, and air passenger data so leaders can track movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies, with drill-down capability to subordinate units.
- Logistics Sync Dashboard - Incorporate historical data to measure whether logistics performance is improving over time and support readiness assessments across the formation.
- NTV (VURB) Dashboard - Enhance visibility into non-tactical vehicles, including lease expiration, property book status, and mileage criteria, with clear visual cues for vehicles out of tolerance.
- Contracts Dashboard - Expand visibility into COR surveillance, costs, CLIN structure, funding, option years, and required activity, with intuitive drill-down views.
- Own the data pipeline and analytics workflow.
- Use data transformation techniques to ingest data from and egress data to the US Army Vantage and Advana platforms to develop and maintain logistics datasets supporting the dashboards above.
- Build and maintain interactive, automated dashboards and visualizations in Power BI that refresh on a scheduled basis without manual intervention.
- Audit and validate data sources to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and consistency across reporting systems.
- Identify, develop, and implement methods to improve reporting efficiency, analytic workflows, and overall data quality.
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to government customers, including senior military leaders.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of experience applying data transformation techniques to build analytics products or dashboards.
- Current SECRET Security Clearance.
- Hands-on Power BI experience, including building, deploying, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations, preferably for government or DoD customers.
- Demonstrated experience with US Army Vantage and Advana, including ingesting data from and egressing data into both platforms and visualizing results in a Power BI workspace.
- Proficiency with PySpark and SQL for data preparation, transformation, and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to independently scope, plan, and execute analytical projects from requirements through delivery.
- Experience auditing and reconciling data sources to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and consistency across reports.
- Proven ability to improve analytic workflows and reporting efficiency using automation and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and presenting findings to government customers.
- Ability to work primarily remotely while collaborating effectively with a distributed team and on-site government stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working with military and/or government customers, with an understanding of operational tempo and mission needs.
- This work requires dedicated high-speed internet access, as this job is primarily remote.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting US Army.
- Familiarity with Army logistics processes, systems, and applications (e.g., property accountability, transportation, maintenance systems).
- Experience translating commander or staff requirements into analytical products that are visually intuitive and operationally relevant.
- Prior experience working within Corps, Division, or Theater-level headquarters.
