The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $107,500 - $199,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Job Description:
- Lead the Program Finance Homeroom and its associated activities and initiatives, including the continued development and execution of the Program Finance Analyst University curriculum.
- Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) Program Management Excellence on initiatives impacting Program Finance operations across the enterprise.
- Provide ad hoc support and training to programs or departments, requiring travel as necessary.
- Regularly engage with Program Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) organizations across the enterprise to ensure alignment and consistency in practices.
- Act as a key resource for driving improvements in Program Finance operations and fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience with the Program Finance body of knowledge, including Earned Value Management (EVM)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools such as Cobra, Pro Pricer, etc.
- Demonstrated passion for helping others succeed in business operations.
- Familiarity with L3Harris' organizational structure and processes.
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
