Overview:
· Position: Modeling & Simulation Engineer
· Format: Hired directly as full-time employee
· Location: Huntsville, AL
· Base Salary: $105,000 - 145,000 (potential flexibility depending on candidate)
· Clearance: Secret with willingness/ability to upgrade to Top Secret
· Interview Process: 1-Round; Virtual

· Key Responsibilities:
· Planning studies
· Developing scenarios
· Modeling IAMD systems
· Testing scenarios
· Analyzing output data
· Presenting findings and insights through reports and other deliverables
· Enhancing deliverable products, data sources, and analytical tools
· Required Qualifications:
· U.S. Citizenship
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM field
· Over 5 years of relevant experience
· Proficiency with AFSIM or similar Air and Missile Defense Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) tools, including EADSIM, HELCoMES, STK, C2BMC Planner, WILMA, STORM, HELEEOS, and LEEDR
· Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Strong analytical and communication abilities
· Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively both in-person and remotely
· Experience in working with customers and stakeholders to identify and develop optimal MS&A tools and methodologies
· Programming/coding experience in Python and/or C++
· Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets
· Familiarity with IAMD systems (e.g., Aegis, THAAD, Patriot, IFPC, M-SHORAD, directed energy, air platforms, air/ground sensors)
