CSG is currently seeking highly skilled Cyber Intelligence / Signature Management (SM) Professionals to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Cyber Intelligence / Signature Management (SM) SME will support all aspects of Cyber and SM activities, including operational planning, policy development, and sensitive mission execution.
Responsibilities include:
• Support planning and execution of Cyber/SM activities and sensitive operations; assist in synchronizing multiple projects and mission lines.
• Draft, review, and maintain CYBER and SM policies, program documentation, SOPs, and regulatory artifacts to ensure compliance with U.S. law and DoD policies.
• Provide substantive input to units and component commands in developing and submitting Cyber/SM plans; communicate recommendations through written products and briefings up to the GO/SES level.
• Participate as a subject matter expert during training events, working groups, conferences, and mission-planning forums.
• Prepare and refine Cyber/SM operational plans; draft and support Serious Incident Reports and senior-level advisories.
• Maintain required records, respond to taskers, and develop research papers and formal staffing memorandums.
• Conduct technical supportability reviews for submitted Cyber/SM plans, requirements, and supporting documentation.
• Advise leadership on emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes affecting Cyber/SM programs; identify and recommend solutions that enhance operational security and mission success.
Required Qualifications:
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (SCI eligible at minimum).
• Experience as a Cyber Operations Specialist (17-series, 25D, or equivalent military/government/commercial background) or 1+ years as a Signature Management user supporting SM offices or DoD SM operations. The ideal candidate has both Cyber and SM experience.
• Cyber or Tradecraft experience.
• Intermediate Linux experience.
• Basic penetration experience and advanced Python proficiency.
• Foundational experience in Network Security or Defensive Cyber Operations.
• Intermediate OSINT operational experience.
• Operational experience within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or Interagency.
• Willingness to complete required SM training courses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
