The Opportunity:
CACI is hiring a Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Stennis, Mississippi! The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has a continuing requirement for Homeland Enterprise Information Technology Services (HEITS) for the continued operations, maintenance, and evolution of the Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) and the Classified Local Area Network (C-LAN).

Responsibilities:

You will be dedicated to supporting the Archon solution within a classified environment, ensuring the security and efficiency of the customer's PC hardware and software infrastructure. Your role is critical in maintaining the DHS Secure Remote Solution (SRS), an NSA Commercial Solution for Classified (CSfC).

Tier I Support:

• Manage End User Device (EUD) logistics and inventory.
• Issue and provision EUDs, including BIOS updates.
• Troubleshoot Tier I issues and create local helpdesk tickets.
• Interact directly with end users to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with the Archon Mission Critical Support (AMCS) team.

Tier II Support:

• Troubleshoot Tier II issues and escalate to AMCS Support when necessary.
• Create and track local helpdesk tickets.
• Gather, track, collate, and report new customer feature requests.

Tier II Advanced Support:

• Escalate complex issues to Tier III AMCS support.
• Conduct Cybersecurity ACAS security scans.
• Vet and submit customer feature requests for quarterly review by the AMCS team.
• Manage and maintain Certificate Authorities on the customer site.
• Perform daily Archon Director monitoring.
• Adhere to NSA Service Level Agreement (SLA) for incident reporting within 24 hours of detection.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, update, and support custom applications and operating system (OS) images for desktops and laptops.
• Create standardized client images using tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM Operating System Deployment (OSD), Visual Basic Script, Batch, and PowerShell.
• Perform software deployments for secure access techniques using various software development and automation techniques.
• Collaborate with other technical staff and management in testing new software, computer systems, and network technologies.
• Document, track, and coordinate incidents in ServiceNow.
• Participate in troubleshooting bridge calls for major incidents.
• Contribute to documentation in the Knowledge Base, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), work instructions, and job aids.
• Continuously cross-train in systems and network administration.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Possess a current TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience performing analysis of classified information systems and network access.
• Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data in order to present clear and precise recommendations.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,800 - $142,200
