Summary:
The Information Management/Technology Lead is responsible for the planning, implementation, security, and sustainment of all information management and technology systems supporting the ECMM contract. This role oversees IT operations, data governance, system performance, and cybersecurity to ensure seamless support of mission requirements. The IM/IT Lead serves as the primary technical authority on IT infrastructure, applications, and data systems while providing strategic guidance, team leadership, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.

The IM/IT Lead serves as the primary technical authority on IT infrastructure, applications, and data systems while providing strategic guidance, team leadership, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of all IM/IT functions supporting the ECMM contract.
- Manage the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems through strong cybersecurity practices.
- Oversee help desk operations, user support services, and troubleshooting activities to maintain optimal system performance.
- Lead IT planning, budgeting, procurement, and lifecycle management of technology assets.
- Develop and enforce IM/IT policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Manage enterprise data systems, document repositories, CM systems, and information workflows.
- Coordinate with contract leadership, program management, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to align IM/IT services with mission needs.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and continuity of operations plans.
- Oversee user access control, permissions management, system accreditation, and compliance with applicable federal and contract standards.
- Analyze emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, security, and reliability.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, virtualization, and systems administration.
- Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with enterprise information management systems, document management platforms, and workflow tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of configuration management and data governance practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive IM/IT experience supporting large, complex programs
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Must be a US citizen
- Clearance: public trust with the ability to obtain secret
