Instructional and Exercise Support Task Lead
Program Description:
Our client is prime on a program that provides integrated, enterprise-wide management services to the customer. The work will span the full customer enterprise, including in the areas of communications, human capital, data analysis, knowledge management, partnership engagement, policy and strategy development, and intelligence integrations. This position supports the Training and Instructional Task order.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Leadership & Oversight
Lead and mentor a team of instructors, instructional systems designers, and training support staff.
Ensure all training and exercise activities meet customer expectations for quality, timeliness, security, and accuracy.
Implement performance metrics and continuous-improvement initiatives across all learning programs.
Training Operations
Oversee the full training lifecycle: needs analysis, content design, curriculum development, instructional delivery, evaluations, and annual reviews.
Manage the design, development, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and web-based learning solutions.
Ensure all course content aligns with tradecraft standards, policies, and classification/accessibility requirements.
Coordinate with the customer to maintain and archive courseware, job aids, and digital learning modules.
