We are hiring an Instructional Designer to work in the Ft. Meade, MD vicinity. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
- Ensures integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.
- Converts written materials and/or training requirements to online and/or instructor-led interactive courseware.
- Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions, using a variety of delivery media.
- Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
- Develops course manuals, training aids, and audio/video materials, as needed to enhance training.
- Create hands-on activities in virtualized environments to mimic a practical, real-world experience.
- Provide input for learning objects for interactive e-training solutions (for example: HTML5, Captivate, and/or Edge delivery.
- Complete data entry and technical writing activities, to include mapping course objective to Knowledge, Skills, Abilities ( K.SA ) and/or JQS.
- A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Instructional Technology, Education, English, Communications, or a directly related field plus TWO (2) years of experience is required.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, Four (4) years of documented instructional and or curriculum development experience can be substituted.
