Responsibilities
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) which is based on a IBM product called Maximo.
- Populate, update, validate, and employ CMMS.
- Update the CMMS asset and inventory database.
- Provide CMMS specific recommendations that may improve business operations or functionality of the CMMS submitted to the COR, in writing, for consideration.
- Enter and maintain all personnel labor and qualification records (e.g., skill qualifications) in the CMMS for both AFO and the subcontractors.
- Monitor daily the input and outputs in the CMMS to ensure the valid entry of data standards, requirements, and data integrity according to Appendix G - CMMS Manual.
- Schedule in the CMMS orphaned work that is discovered daily.
- Perform data cleansing and migration activities within the Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), per the COR (four releases anticipated annually)
- Submit user account approval requests, modifications or deactivations for CMMS seat licenses to the COR within twenty-four hours of account modification and personnel changes.
- Remedy any issues with user from old PKI certificates to ensure proper system authentication.
- Areas of support provided by the ITR at a minimum include the following:
- Receive all CMMS support requests from SP personnel regardless of CMMS support requests beyond the basic use of the Government administered software and / or hardware shall be submitted to the COR, in writing, for consideration.
- Provide basic CMMS and computer software and / or hardware
- Produce and distribute readily accessible reports and perform data extraction from the CMMS, to support Contractual needs.
- Define additional reporting and data assistance needs for the Contract and submit to the COR, in writing, for consideration.
- CMMS
- ITR shall coordinate Government provided CMMS related training sessions for SP personnel, as requested and specified by the COR.
- The ITR shall provide post-training support reinforcing the Government provided training for SP personnel who support the population of the CMMS.
- The ITR shall ensure that each AFO/Subcontractor personnel accessing, entering or modifying data in the CMMS is trained to the extent required for their work role.
- The SP's personnel that require access to the CMMS shall be fully cleared and may not work under a green lite clearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA.
- Two years of hands-on experience providing operational support, training, and data entry/cleansing/validation within or supporting the population of a CMMS/EAM application.
- (U) Experience may be substituted with the completion of certified CMMS training courses.
- (U) Two years of hands-on experience installation, maintenance, and administration of a SCADA or EMCS network.
- (U) Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program (IAWIP) certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exemplary attention to detail.
- Maintains sensitivity to, and report on, instances of fraud, waste and abuse
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes and financial management skills.
- Proficient at the suite of MS Office products and have proven communication, analytic and problem-solving, team building and collaboration skills.
- Top Secret with SCI clearance with ability to obtain a full scope poly.
