The Opportunity:
The Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) Intelligence Support Services Contract-C3TO provides multi-faceted Intelligence Support services consisting of, but not limited to: Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Management (RCM), Special Advisors, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), as well as other analytic and target related intelligence support services to assigned military units in support of the overall Intelligence Mission in support of CJTF-OIR staffs and organizations.

Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Education: Bachelor's degree AND eight years of intelligence analysis experience.
- Experience: At least six years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- Individual must possess TS/SCI Clearance
- Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications
- Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation
- Knowledge and familiarity of systems such as COUGAR, Crate, GROOT, GETS, UNICORN, iSPY, and C2PC
- Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. Coliseum) mission applications Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)
- Strong writing and briefing skills
- Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team
- Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collect on management reporting and requirements

- Deployed experience in the CENTCOM AOR
