We have been supporting our customer for over 20 years with the implementation of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial and Acquisitions System, Momentum. We continue to develop and implement exciting and complex solutions to support the evolving needs of our customers.
As a Reports Developer, you will be responsible for querying data using Oracle SQL and stored procedures and then presenting it via custom BIRT and Business Objects reports. Additionally, you will help manage the database, ensuring optimal performance and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document reporting requirements from customer work sessions.
- Design, develop, and test custom BIRT reports to meet customer objectives.
- Design, develop, and test underlying universe or framework to support ad hoc reporting.
- Support user acceptance testing activities and production issue resolution.
- Respond to data calls against the customer's financial management and contract writing data.
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of reports technical activities.
- Work independently with minimal guidance from more senior software developers.
- Query data using Oracle SQL and stored procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.
- Assist in managing the database, including performance tuning and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement reporting needs.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technically relevant degree.
- Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
- 5 years of technical experience in system design, development, and production support of large applications/systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures.
- DBA experience required for database management and performance tuning.
- Ability to obtain Security+ Certification.
- Willingness to work onsite in a secure facility
Desired:
- Design and development experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool (BIRT).
- Design and development experience creating dashboards through Business Objects, Pentaho, Cognos, etc.
- Experience with Financial Management or Business Applications.
- Working Technical knowledge of CGI Momentum Financials software.
- Prior experience supporting large scale organizations with successful ERP implementation(s).
