Responsibilities
- Analyze business applications and translate design specifications into scalable, cloud-native software solutions.
- Develop logic flow charts and block diagrams to support data migration and dashboard workflows.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Support cloud migration efforts, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines in alignment with DevSecOps principles.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of cloud-based applications.
- Prepare system-level documentation and operational runbooks for O&M teams.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for deployed dashboards and data services.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation (typically one week every four weeks).
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of general programming experience, including three (3) years in cloud dashboard development or data migration.
- At least one of the following certifications: CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.
Desired Qualification:
- Experience with WebFOCUS, Power BI, or Tableau in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, data lakes, and data warehouse design.
- Experience with Agile software development, DevSecOps pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Knowledge of Oracle, SQL, and cloud-native databases (e.g., Amazon RDS, Azure SQL).
