Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have demonstrated experience with the following responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile initiatives across multi-team environments, aligning deliverables with strategic goals and governance frameworks
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and stakeholder coordination for high-visibility programs
  • Support enterprise-wide transition planning, requirements traceability, and control gate reviews
  • Work within Agile teams using JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins for sprint execution
  • Develop and deploy software across CI/CD pipelines and multi-domain environments
  • Document and deliver secure, scalable code using Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript
  • Maintain Jira/Confluence artifacts and support Agile workflows across technical environments
  • Develop strategic recommendation plans and manage evolving priorities across technical portfolios
  • Define and manage system requirements, architecture, and lifecycle documentation for enterprise platforms
  • Integrate and orchestrate IT systems across legacy, cloud, and multi-domain environments
  • Design and validate system architectures, performance assessments, and capability roadmaps
  • Coordinate cross-component integration and resolve technical issues impacting multiple teams
  • Support software and hardware design, deployment, and transition to new technologies
  • Support secure deployment and operational readiness of mission systems
  • Integrate COTS/GOTS/Open Source tools into secure operational environments
  • Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and technical constraints
  • Elicit and document user requirements, use cases, and technical specifications
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical designs and strategic roadmaps
  • Facilitate technical exchange meetings and working groups to align stakeholder priorities
  • Develop and maintain PMR materials, IDTs, and traceable requirements artifacts
  • Implement CM processes and manage CMDB lifecycle, including CRs, DRs, and RFCs
  • Support governance boards and maintain configuration baselines across projects
  • Track and report system status, discrepancies, and updates using ServiceNow and SharePoint
  • Maintain consistent formatting and version control across enterprise documentation
  • Lead A&A and RMF processes for secure system deployment and compliance
  • Support A&A processes including SSP development, BOE review, and compliance assessments
  • Implement encryption, VPNs, PKI, multi-factor authentication, and insider threat mitigation strategies
  • Apply FISMA controls and manage POAMs across cloud and on-prem systems
  • Align system designs with ICD 503, NIST 800-53, and Sponsor-specific security policies
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning and support accreditation documentation
  • Support secure design and operations of training platforms, beaconing systems, and communications infrastructure
  • Apply cybersecurity best practices and regulatory frameworks to protect sensitive data
  • Design OLTP/OLAP data structures, data lakes, and logical/physical data models
  • Build ETL workflows using NiFi and integrate data across cloud and enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data integrity, tagging, and compliance
  • Support Zero Trust Architecture and secure data lifecycle management
  • Acquire and exploit structured/unstructured data from mobile apps, social media, and public sources
  • Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies using spreadsheets, graphs, maps, and network analysis tools
  • Evaluate data credibility, bias, and gaps to support national security investigations
  • Integrate collected data into existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights
  • Identify and exploit key datasets to answer business questions and improve system efficiency
  • Develop metrics dashboards and triage tools to support data exploitation
  • Analyze learning data to assess training effectiveness and performance linkages
  • Manage LMS platforms including Meridian and Moodle for foreign language instruction
  • Ingest, update, and maintain instructional content across self-directed and virtual learning formats
  • Coordinate with instructional design and media teams to ensure accessibility and compliance
  • Support usage reporting, metrics, and evaluation of learning effectiveness
  • Translate technical concepts into clear documentation, SOPs, and user guides for diverse audiences
  • Create and edit briefings, reports, and deliverables for executive-level consumption
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and system documentation
  • Maintain records, operating procedures, and internal memorandums for IT programs
  • Coordinate technical responses and consolidate communications across disconnected environments
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, strategies, and technical documentation for diverse audiences
  • Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and document decisions and action items
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and communicate mission requirements
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for leadership
  • Track and report on program requirements, milestones, and performance metrics
  • Facilitate governance board activities, including agenda creation, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination
  • Define and implement business process improvements aligned with enterprise standards
  • Support strategic planning and roadmap development for IT services and systems
  • Provide high-level support to senior leadership, managing calendars, meetings, and ad hoc requests
  • Facilitate cross-organizational coordination and integration of strategic initiatives
  • Author meeting minutes, manage agendas, and ensure timely completion of action items
  • Support high-tempo mission environments with flexible, responsive operational support
