The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• possess a current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level clearance;
• at least two (2) years of technical teaching experience and/or technical curriculum development (e.g., military courses, academia or industry classroom;
• a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a technical science major (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or comparable area) plus 4 or more years of Technical Collection experience (within the past 10 years). Completion of military training time in a relevant area such as signals collection or analysis can be counted as experience time; or
• in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 6 or more years of Technical Collection experience (within the past 10 years) and completion of military training time in a relevant area such as signals collection or analysis can be counted as experience time.
