As the onsite Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Systems Administrator for the P8 I3B2 Aircraft and Ground Station (PGS) Enclaves, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art systems, directly supporting The Fleet.

Responsibilities:

• Installation & Configuration: Master installation instructions to set up and update network configurations for I3B2 aircraft, with a focus on our Jacksonville, Florida base.
• Audit & Verification: Ensure network configurations align with the latest revisions and cyber/Information Assurance policies.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 network issues and implement fault resolution activities for TS/SCI and collateral networks.
• Design & Documentation: Recommend and document network architecture, concept designs, change implementation plans, and risk assessments.
• Industry Collaboration: Work closely with industry partners and government entities to ensure robust network connectivity.
• Analysis & Recommendations: Review and analyze existing network architectures, providing cutting-edge design recommendations for WAN/LAN technologies.
• Guidance & Support: Offer network implementation guidance, such as intent-based networking and network segmentation protocols.
• After-Hours Support: Provide emergency systems support to ensure continuous operations, even outside regular hours.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Education:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • OR Associate degree with four years of specialized experience
  • OR Major certification with six years of specialized experience
  • OR High school diploma with eight years of specialized experience
• Certification: Current US Department of Defense 8570 Approved IAT II or higher (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent/higher). Must be obtainable within 90 days of start.

Desired:

• Experience: Navy Distributed SIGINT Operations (DSO).
• Technical Skills:
  
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting classified systems and networks.
  • Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols, OSI 7 Layer Model, IPv4/IPv6, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience with Cisco Routing and Switching and Cisco ASA firewalls.
  • Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or CentOS.
  • Programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of NetApp/ONTAP Solutions.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
