Cyntel Technologies is supporting an opening for a Watch Officer for a soon to be awarded contract in Washington DC.
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of national security. We’re seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Watch Support Analyst to provide critical situational awareness and intelligence reporting in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the broader Intelligence Community (IC). This role demands a sharp analytical mind, deep understanding of intelligence operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years performing intelligence watch support functions
• Prior experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) highly desirable
• DHS all-source intelligence analysis experience preferred
• Familiarity with DHS data sources strongly desired
Knowledge & Expertise
• Deep understanding of DHS I&A and IC intelligence authorities, component missions, and the role of I&A within the DHS Intelligence Enterprise
• Proficiency in Intel Watch reporting methodologies, including warnings and indicators
• Familiarity with current intelligence product standards and best practices across the IC
Technical & Analytical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience navigating DHS and IC data systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable intelligence
