Job Summary
We are seeking Administrative Assistants to join our Chantilly, VA team. At River Hawk, you’ll have the chance to address diverse business challenges, provide solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in developing, testing and maintaining software applications. You will work closely with senior developers, product managers, stakeholders, and other members to enhance and optimize our existing systems. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner, managing intricate calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, planning events, and handling sensitive communications for multiple executives.
• Interact with officials across NRO, IC, DoD, Congress, White House, and Industry Partners.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and read-ahead materials for Senior Executives.
• Manage and submit requests such as visitor, facilities, IT, vehicle, travel, supplies, and other requests.
• Complete personnel actions such as updating org charts and maintaining office personnel contact list.
• Manage onboarding to include access and security.
• Manage Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions and provide status reports.
• Receive, prioritize, and prepare Senior Executive actions ensuring document corrections are performed in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to government leads/program managers for assigned actions.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Senior Level: 10 years of experience or 5 years with the NRO, IC, or DoD.
• Mid Level: 5 years of experience or 3 years of NRO, IC, or DoD.
• Junior Level: 3 years of experience or 1 year with NRO, IC, or DoD.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and standard computer applications.
