Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Program Integrator (PI) in support of the Stinger Launcher Program. This position is a full-time, on-site position based out of Tucson, AZ. The Stinger missile is a lightweight, self-contained air defense system that can be rapidly deployed to ground troops. Combat proven in four major conflicts, the weapon has more than 270 fixed and rotary wing intercepts to its credit. Stinger is deployed in 19 nations and with all four major US military services.

You will be responsible for integration, coordination and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Program Management (PM) plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of best practices. You will report to the Stinger Launcher Program Manager.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as a liaison between the IPT and the Program Management Office(s)
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
  • Assist with the daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews and program management reviews (PMRs). Support coordination of customer program reviews and prepare for customer visits.
  • Accountable for supporting successful execution to contract requirements including budget, schedule, and technical performance
  • Support the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
  • Capture and track program action items and work with action owners to ensure timely satisfactorily closure of actions
  • Display and demonstrate strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supports a program organizational culture aligned with Raytheon Technologies' vision and values
  • Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools/programs
  • Program and or project management experience, including risk & opportunity (R&O) management or owning or involved with risk management process
  • Experience interfacing with internal and / or external stakeholders and / or customers
  • Experience with Action item prioritization and / or tracking


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification, or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a matrix environment (ex: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions)
  • Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical constraints to achieve positive program outcomes
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals, and/or synthesizing Gate Packages for Management Reviews, across cross-functional teams
  • Product lifecycle management experience
  • Experience with and understanding of export and import controls, compliance and licensing
  • Understanding of various contract types including domestic, direct commercial sales (DCS), foreign military sales (FMS), and how to execute within a mixed product line

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
