Radiance is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Operations Engineer with a strong background in Software Engineering. The successful candidate will support analysis of radar tracking events, including data research and acquisition, critical analysis, and expert assessment. The candidate will be responsible for sustainment and enhancement of GOTS and applicable algorithms to support National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) counterspace efforts. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new capabilities and custom software solutions to solve unique government customer problems
- Following best practices to implement enhanced features iteratively and provide integration, testing, and documentation
- Integrate capabilities with shared services and existing tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical field
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
- 3+ years of experience with Python or related programming language
- 3+ years as a TechSIGINT analyst in the IC or DoD
- Knowledge of TechSIGINT collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination systems
- Ability to develop algorithms to enhance AI/ML efforts related to SIGINT production
