Koniag IT Systems, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Strategic Disclosure Service Capability Integration Support Planner with a TS/SCI clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church, VA.

The incumbent will develop and implement strategic and sensitive concepts, studies, and initiatives in support of key mission areas of the CDAO. These areas include Acquisitions, Policy, Governance, Responsible AI, Test and Evaluation, Strategic Communications, Warfighter applications of AI and Autonomy, and Partner Engagement. Thoughtful and continuous use of intelligence, counterintelligence, and security products, practices, and services throughout the CDAO will ensure an uncompromised American advantage in AI, data, analytics, and digital services at scale.
The Strategic Disclosure Service Capability Integration Support Planner is responsible for providing tailored support to executive decision makers in positions of principal national security concern. Generates actionable concepts of employment on complex national security issues in the areas of Data, Analytics, and Al by applying specialized decision support methodologies, sensitive intelligence, and critical thinking, aligned to deliberate reveal/conceal and information advantage outcomes. These efforts provide senior DoW officials with options to lever complex problems and ensure a leading edge against strategic competitors in the space of Data, Analytics, and Al.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a staff advisor to the Deputy Director for Decision Support, within the Sensitive Intelligence Office for the CDAO, providing expert advice and performance in the authoring, reviewing, and implementing of sensitive decision support initiatives, studies, and concepts applying operational art and operational design.
- Analyze intelligence information in Data, Analytics, AI, Autonomy, and adversary collection activity of these topics to assess developments, trends, and threat implications.
- Apply knowledge of technology protection, intelligence, counterintelligence, and strategic planning to develop estimates, options, projects, and provide advice on intelligence operations and mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships within the Services as well as components of the Intelligence Community (IC) to drive holistic strategic initiatives.
- Support production of quarterly implementation plan and an annual assessment report for the current year strategy to support joint competition to include appropriate measures of performance and effectiveness and propose new or updated strategy.
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience and In-depth knowledge of Sensitive Decision Support (SDS) to War Department executives, to include a comprehensive understanding of DoW intelligence and counterintelligence operations and how they interrelate to support relevant plans, studies, initiatives, and projects.
- Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness and efficiency of SDS planning and execution. Must have skill in adapting those techniques to measure and improve effectiveness of associated operations, activities, and investments (OAI).
- Comprehensive proficiency in threat analysis and risk management to include use of information technology automation software and processes used in the DoW, IC and other Federal Agencies for use in gathering, tracking and analyzing vast amounts of information to fuse assessments and identify potential OAI, threats and associated risks to the DoW or the security of the United States.
- Experience within Military Department headquarters staff or Combatant Command J3 supporting SDS activities.
Security Pre-Requisite:
- Must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET with SCI Eligibility
Desired Candidate Experience:
- Education and experience specific to AI/ML, Autonomy, Data Science, or similar/supporting emerging and disruptive technologies.
- In-depth knowledge and experience performing or directly supporting counterintelligence, reveal/conceal, technology protect and information operations
- Graduate of a Joint Planning Course or Graduation of a Joint Information Planning Course or Military Service-specific equivalent
