WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Technical Requirements and Certifications "

• PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications strongly preferred.

Education and Experience "

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience within technology consulting, digital transformation, or infrastructure services organizations.
• Proven record leading PMO functions spanning multiple service lines or technology practices.
• Demonstrated success in P&L or project profitability accountability, resource forecasting, and utilization management.
• Strong background in project governance frameworks (PMBOK, Agile, ITIL, or hybrid models).
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform and infrastructure delivery models, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data/Cloud, and Networking.
• Financial acumen to interpret project data, drive profitability, and support strategic decision-making.

Preferred:

• Prior experience leading PMOs that supported both professional services and managed services portfolios.
• Background in large-scale delivery environments with both onshore and offshore execution teams.
• Experience collaborating with partner ecosystems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, etc.) to maintain compliance and joint success metrics.
• Familiarity with digital modernization and infrastructure transformation projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Project Delivery Oversight:

• Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks tailored to both professional services and managed services engagements.
• Provide enterprise-wide oversight of project delivery across Digital and Infrastructure towers, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Project Managers and Coordinators supporting both practices, ensuring strong leadership pipelines, accountability, and performance.
• Maintain oversight of project financial health across both practices, ensuring margin attainment, compliance, and delivery excellence.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and executive leadership to maintain visibility, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Governance & Risk Management:

• Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards that ensure repeatable success across all project types (time & materials, fixed-bid, managed services).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, driving early intervention and root-cause analysis to prevent re-occurrence.
• Oversee the enterprise project portfolio, manage intake and prioritization, and report performance against strategic objectives.
• Facilitate quarterly portfolio reviews with leadership to evaluate pipeline, capacity, and project health.
• Ensure projects adhere to client's quality, contractual, and SLA requirements, including partner-mandated compliance for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other strategic alliances.

Operational Excellence & Resource Management:

• Establish standardized project financial reporting, tracking revenue, margin, and utilization metrics.
• Manage and continuously improve PMO systems and tools for project tracking, resource management, and financial analysis.
• Lead resource allocation and forecasting across both Digital and Infrastructure practices, balancing billable utilization, delivery efficiency, and staff development.
• Drive utilization targets (e.g., onshore billable75 %) and align staffing plans with growth projections, pipeline forecasts, and financial objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency, reduce project variance, and standardize best practices across both towers.
• Partner with Finance to analyze profitability, cost variance, and revenue forecasts, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting.

Project Tracking, Change Control & Quality Oversight:

• Implement portfolio dashboards and project scorecards to track schedule, percent complete, cost, quality, and scope performance across all engagements.
• Oversee the change-order process, ensuring financial and operational impacts are assessed, approved, and communicated.
• Partner with Delivery and Practice leadership to embed process maturity, consistent methodologies, and innovation into execution.
• Enforce quality assurance through peer reviews, milestone audits, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Ensure every project contributes to strong customer satisfaction, maintaining an average CSAT 4.7/5.0 across both practices.

Client Engagement & Executive Communication:

• Engage directly with clients during project initiation, ensuring clarity of scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Solutions Architects during pre-sales to validate scope, cost, and delivery models for proposals.
• Partner with Neal Miller and the proposals team to develop, price, and structure project engagements that align with delivery capacity and profitability goals.
• Provide executive-level reporting to both VPs, highlighting portfolio health, profitability trends, utilization, and risk indicators.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical projects, ensuring transparent communication of risks, status, and resolution paths.
