You will guide overall program strategy, performance accountability, and executive relationships supporting advanced research and technology operations within a highly secure, scientific environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide executive oversight and direction for DOE program operations, ensuring objectives and deliverables align with contract and mission priorities.
 
- Serve as the principal executive liaison between TekSynap, DOE stakeholders, and laboratory leadership.
 
- Oversee integration of IT, cybersecurity, and operational services supporting scientific, research, and enterprise systems.
 
- Lead program governance, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives to ensure compliant and effective delivery.
 
- Conduct executive-level briefings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
 
- Collaborate with program and site leadership to maintain workforce readiness, training compliance, and mission continuity.
 
- Champion workforce development, ensuring personnel maintain required skill levels, foundational technical competencies, and customer service excellence.
 
- Promote cross-functional collaboration across IT service , systems engineering, and research computing environments.
 
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of progressive program or executive management experience supporting DOE, federal, or large enterprise IT programs.
 
- Proven success managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs in scientific or high-security environments.
 
- Experience with performance-based and cost-plus contract structures.
 
Certifications
- PMP, PgMP , or DAU Level III Program Management certification preferred.
 
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations certification required
 
Training
- Must complete intermediate-level customer service or service management training (HDI or equivalent).
 
Clearance
- Public trust required , DOE Q or Secret Clearance preferred .
