ASRC Federal Technology Solutions (AFTS) is seeking qualified candidates to support our Air National Guard customer located in Alpena, MI.
This position provides asset management support to the Michigan Combat Readiness Training Center. This position will work independently and take direction from the team lead.
Responsible for oversight of asset management, financial reporting and processing the receipt, transfer, and disposal of all Information Technology assets and completion of documentation for establishing custodial responsibilities. Managing system that tracks the base IT inventory.
Duties:
Manage Base Records
Oversight over Teams/SharePoint pages for the base.
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent
2 - 4 years of work experience
Clearance/Certificates:
Secret clearance or eligible to obtain a secret clearance

Duties:
- Assist property custodians (PC) in determining the ownership, reassignment, or disposition of all Found-on-Base (FOB) IT assets.
- Direct and assist property custodians to conduct scheduled and out-of-cycle inventories
- Provide inventory assistance
- Provide PCs with training on requirements and standardized procedures
- Manage excess inventory supply
- Point of contact for acquisitions and EOY buys
- Point of contact between National Guard Bureau sustainment and base communications concerning base IT assets
- Reporting theft, as well as lost, damaged, or destroyed property
- Approve AFWAY purchases
Manage Base Records
- Responsible for the establishment and management of the base Inventory of Record
- Enforces policies, roles and responsibilities, site structure and storage parameters for Records Management
- Trains users and records professionals in duties/responsibilities ensures education for them to prevent inadvertent loss of data
- Creates top level folders and reviews requests for new top-level folders
- Ensures e-records storage area reflects the inventory and disposition as required by AF directives and the program of record
- Conduct annual inspection/audit of e-records drive
- Lifecycle management enforcement
Oversight over Teams/SharePoint pages for the base.
- Assist owners of Teams pages as to records compliance
- Document Control

Education:
