Vice President, Digital Practice (Remote)
Primary Location: Remote

V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Vice President, Digital Practice (Remote).

Education and Experience "
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or enterprise platforms (ServiceNow preferred).
  • Demonstrated record of P&L ownership, scaling profitable practices, and leading large technical organizations.
  • Proven success driving partner growth and maintaining strategic alliances at the executive level.
  • Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and customer-centric orientation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities "
Key Expectations:
  • Achieve and maintain ServiceNow Elite Partner status, meeting all certification and competency requirements.
  • Cross-sell Digital lines of business (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data, etc.) to drive integrated solution growth and customer value.
  • Innovate continuously by expanding capabilities, advancing architecture standards, and aligning with emerging partner technologies.
  • Meet or exceed ServiceNow new licensing sales targets established annually with the partner ecosystem.
  • Maintain a minimum ServiceNow CSAT score of 4.7 out of 5.0, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Deliver sustained year-over-year revenue and gross margin growth across all Digital offerings, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Data.
  • Maintain onshore billable utilization of 75%+, partnering with the PMO and Delivery teams to optimize resource deployment.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to achieve new logo goals (NNL) across all Digital towers.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer focus across Sales, PMO, Delivery, and Partner Management teams.
  • Expand the client portfolio through new logo acquisition and account growth, targeting measurable increases in both.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
Business & Financial Leadership:
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Own full P&L accountability for the Digital practice, including budget, forecast, and profitability goals.
  • Monitor utilization targets and optimize team deployment in collaboration with PMO leadership.
  • Ensure every engagement maintains target margin performance through proactive SOW review and approval.
  • Partner closely with the PMO to manage utilization, project financials, and resource alignment against plan.

Go-to-Market & Partner Strategy:
  • Lead Strategic Account Planning sessions to uncover growth within existing accounts and inform solution strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define revenue goals and GTM blueprints, ensuring alignment between Digital, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Partner with Marketing on digital messaging and enablement, ensuring unified campaigns with platform partners.
  • Support the Proposals team in large RFPs, providing technical and commercial insights that drive winning strategies.

Partner Relationship Management:
  • Drive partner status advancement (e.g., toward ServiceNow Elite), ensuring compliance with certification, CSAT, and reporting standards.
  • Represent company at partner flagship events (ServiceNow Knowledge, PKO, etc.) to elevate visibility and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure all licensing, influenced deals, and deal registrations are accurately captured and optimized for partner credit.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for company's strategic partnerships, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and key data/cloud platforms.

Technical Delivery, PMO Collaboration & Talent Development:
  • Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing on- and offshore team across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Data disciplines.
  • Partner with the PMO to establish delivery frameworks, governance standards, project completion rate methodology, and consistent execution across all projects.
  • Champion a best-in-class delivery culture, advancing process maturity, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new platform capabilities.
  • Promote cross-tower synergy through regular alignment sessions between Sales, Delivery, PMO, and Digital leadership.
  • Oversee all aspects of technical delivery, ensuring architecture excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous innovation.

Innovation & Strategic Direction:
  • Lead architecture governance and technology standards across all Digital offerings.
  • Define the Digital roadmap and innovation agenda - expanding capabilities, improving systems and processes, and driving adoption of new technologies for customer advantage.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams on digital transformation and platform strategy.

Customer Success, Risk & Governance:
  • Maintain executive oversight of customer communications, satisfaction, and retention across Digital programs.
  • Own risk management, escalation processes, and SLA compliance, ensuring transparency and proactive mitigation.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key clients, ensuring alignment of delivery outcomes with business objectives.
