The Cybersecurity Lead, located in the Honolulu, HI area, is responsible for ensuring the resilience of IT systems and networks critical to the Mission Partner's objectives while proactively addressing emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The Cybersecurity Lead will also collaborate with senior leaders, mission partners, and stakeholders to shape cybersecurity strategies, policies, and solutions that enable secure operations in a dynamic and contested environment.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Responsibilities
- Integrate DoD and Mission Partner cybersecurity policies into IT projects.
- Oversee and manage the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, manage cybersecurity at the program level, including planning, directing, and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for both network and systems administration
- Collaborate with senior leadership, mission partners, and stakeholders to shape and communicate cybersecurity strategies, policies, and solutions.
- Provide expert verbal and written communication to effectively articulate cybersecurity requirements and concerns to senior leadership at the major command level and above.
- Proactively address and mitigate emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities to maintain the resilience and integrity of IT systems and networks essential to Mission Partner operations.
Qualifications
- Possess a TS/SCI clearance with access to SCI based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
- Demonstrated 'Advanced Technical Expertise' or certification in accordance with DoD 8140.03.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience integrating DoD and Mission Partner cybersecurity policies into IT projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a cybersecurity program at the program level including planning, directing, and coordinating cybersecurity requirements for network and systems administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively articulate cybersecurity requirements and concerns to senior leadership at the major command level and above.
