The Opportunity:
The contractor shall provide site liaison support for all DCGS systems. Liaisons are forward representatives for the C2ISR Division Chief and Project Managers who shall assist the Government with coordinating site requirements, mission policies and procedures, day-to-day activities, HBG processes, and enterprise integration challenges associated with the corresponding data link and sensor systems. The contractor shall perform site liaison support at DGS-1, DGS-2, DGS-3, DGS-4, and DGS-5 locations. The contractor shall provide "remote site support," at additional sites which entails answering site questions pertaining to C3I processes including DCGS sustainment and logistics and assisting C3I personnel with site coordination. It is anticipated that site liaisons will travel to support at least one all hands meeting per FY. As coordinating representatives, liaisons shall not act as Government employees or as final decision authorities for C3I.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400

Responsibilities:
- Keeping AFLCMC/C3I apprised of Site issues.
- Attend meetings by DCGS/Special projects representative, or as an adjunct to C3I personnel if cost/time constraints prevent direct representation.
- Respond to sustainment and process questions posed by supported units.
- Representing C3I to ensure adequate and timely logistics support for all C3I supported activities.
- Coordinating/Assisting with C3I Configuration Management and item Managers (IM) on Integration/Sustainment efforts as needed.
- Ensuring C3I is kept aware of pertinent Site issues. Staying apprised of Site issues by reviewing site Weekly Activity Reports to identify ways of improving C3I sustainment processes.
- Coordinating site visits from C3I sponsored teams, equipment utilization surveys, and maintenance support team, providing assistance to ensure expeditious accomplishment of team's objectives.
- Ensuring C3I plans, policies, procedures, and methods are plainly articulated to and understood by supported organizations.
- Coordinating with (PM), Material Mangers (MM), transportation, Equipment Specialists (ES) and others to provide direct supply assistance for newly fielded systems during integration and testing phases.
- Assisting site supply personnel with correcting supply related issues such as adding onsite spares or expediting shipments.
- Researching on-site technical/informational issues for C3I Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and IPT members. Respond to and accomplish all special projects and taskings as requested by C3I PMs and leadership.
- Attending conferences and other meetings to maintain awareness of C3I position on DCGS enterprise and overall Command and Control Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) issues.
- Assisting with action items resulting from these venues as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant AF-DCGS experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a stakeholder engagement role.
Desired:
- Enterprise Level Helpdesk and Customer Service Experience.
- A familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and/or DESMF.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Experience with Remedy, Solutions Business Manager, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Ability to engage stakeholders through collaborative tools and services.
