Information Systems Security Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer to support a classified Cybersecurity Defense program located in North Las Vegas, NV. This is a fully onsite role that requires an Active Top Secret Clearance or DoE Q clearance for consideration. In this role you will be designing and implementing security infrastructure while ensuring compliance and performing security assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining security infrastructure.
• Deploying security tools and technologies.
• Troubleshooting security issues.
• Performing security assessments and audits.
• Strong understanding of network and system security.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of alike experience as an ISSE
• Bachelors Degree in Cybersecurity or related field
• Active Top Secret or DoE Q clearance

Compensation Includes:

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 **depending on experience**
