Responsibilities:
Track and document daily test execution and progress.
Provide weekly test burn down graphs, and testing status charts.
Receive and log all callouts from the Shipbuilder.
Assign and track actions in the technical support management system.
Receive and transmit CDRLs to and from the Shipbuilder.
Support the AIT Manager by providing administrative assistance to include:
o Updating work item progress and tracking
o Updating briefing presentations
o Logging communications between AITs and the waterfront and program offices
o Meeting minutes and agenda preparation
o Conference preparation
o Updating MS Team files, memberships, and events
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED plus 2 or more years related experience.
Familiarity with working in a shipyard.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and overall MS Office suite
Able to communicate with various personnel in written and oral form in a professional manner.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
Strong Customer service focus.
Must be able to work independently and with a team.
