This role supports the Defense Intelligence Agency by improving knowledge sharing, data access, and collaboration across classified environments. The DPjM/KM both manages and performs all contract knowledge management and SharePoint work. You will design, maintain, and enhance SharePoint as the central hub for project data, policy updates, and operational documentation in alignment with DoD and IC requirements.
In this dual-hatted position, you support the Project Manager and lead daily KM and SharePoint activities. You will set KM standards and governance, and you will also build and administer site collections, libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, and search. You will implement tools and processes that automate knowledge capture and sharing, configure and maintain workflows and apps using native SharePoint features and the Microsoft Power Platform, and develop dashboards and products that turn business data into actionable insights. You will analyze processes, document procedures, and handle creation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated workflows and collaborative services. As Deputy PM, you act as the PM's alternate for coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement as assigned.

Responsibilities
DPjM Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
- Perform as a conduit between all aspects of support on the contract and the various Government officials for which the services directly support.
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of all contract PWS requirements.
- Ensures all contract deliverables are completed and turned in on time and to the standards required by the customer with a first-time acceptance rate of 100%.
- Conducts various team meetings at different levels to receive updates regarding on-going operations and to manage requirements.
- Manages the hiring process to include evaluating resumes and applicants in iCIMS, conducting interviews and notifying recruiting team of final selection.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations.
- Oversee and administer employee disciplinary processes in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Utilize PMI Project Management techniques to manage the Scope and Schedule elements of the project.
- Use software applications to generate task lists, checklists, schedules, and other various program management documents to manage the execution of the program.
- Provide updates and reports to the RiverTech corporate leadership as well as the Government/Prime customer in the formats and timeframes required by the requesting entity.
KM Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Project Manager.
- Works individually and as part of a team.
- Manage, maintain, and secure SharePoint 2019 environment to ensure high availability, compliance, and optimized performance across classified systems.
- Design and sustain SharePoint sites, templates, and content aligned with agency branding and KM standards to meet evolving mission needs.
- Design, configure, and customize SharePoint solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Designer, JSON schema, and REST API integrations.
- Support DIA DO modernization by improving data processing, information control, and real-time data access through SharePoint, collaboration portals, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with mission experts, program managers, and leadership to plan, develop, and prioritize capabilities that align with DIA, DoD, and IC mission objectives.
- Develop and execute enterprise knowledge management strategies to standardize knowledge creation, sharing, and reuse across DO while ensuring quality, integration, and compliance.
- Implement metadata, taxonomy, and governance models that enable efficient knowledge capture, retrieval, and reuse across project teams.
- Apply business analytics to measure impact, identify efficiencies, and inform strategic and resource planning decisions.
- Drive innovation by introducing agency best practices and new KM frameworks that strengthen collaboration and operational transparency.
- Enforce SharePoint governance policies, access control, and best practices in accordance with DoD/IC data-handling guidelines.
- Maintain audit trails, change logs, and version histories to ensure compliance with federal record-keeping requirements.
- Automate business processes to reduce manual effort and improve knowledge lifecycle management.
- Leverage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance digital collaboration, and promote knowledge continuity.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.
- Conduct user training and create reference materials to improve adoption and effective use of SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
- Monitor site analytics and user engagement to assess adoption trends and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate new Microsoft 365 features, SharePoint capabilities, and KM technologies for potential implementation within the environment.
- Provide KM support through data processing, visualization, and metrics; automate data collection and analysis using scripts or coding to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with government customers and technical teams to define SharePoint requirements and deliver mission-aligned solutions.
- Support cross-functional knowledge-sharing efforts to ensure consistent, accurate, and accessible information across all directorates.
Qualifications
- Current active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Current CI Poly recognized by Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) or ability to obtain as part of the onboarding process.
- Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience working with MS SharePoint.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and experience conducting data and statistic manipulation.
- Able to work individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communications skills able to brief senior leaders and decision makers.
Desired Qualifications:
- Successful completion of MS Certified Solutions Expert (eg. Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) or current applicable certification.
- HTML coding experience such as Python to develop and manage data visualization tools.
- Working knowledge of Tableau, ArcGIS and the ability to produce photo process/editing, graphic design and creation of professional multi-media presentations in SharePoint.
