Description:
Candidate sought to provide on-site intelligence and technical advisory support. The successful candidate will have strong DoD and IC relationships to facilitate engagements, transitions, and technical alignment. This role encompasses analysis functions including intelligence community coordination, scheduling, writing, and the development of intelligence roadmaps, technology evaluation plans, and risk management strategies. The advisor will engage with IC and DoD stakeholders, partners and transition agents for experimentation and operational objectives.
Desired Capabilities and Characteristics:
• Intelligence Community SIGINT SME
• B.S. degree with 10+ years’ SAP/CAP experience
• Demonstrated experience in SIGINT production chain
• Demonstrated experience providing on-site support to DARPA programs, including direct support to a Program Manager
• Proven ability to effectively communicate, coordinate, and navigate DARPA and DoD and IC processes
• Identify and manage key requests for intelligence (RFIs) and accurately and efficiently coordinate with the Intelligence Community to integrate necessary intelligence into program
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage rapid response requests
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Preferred Capabilities:
• SIGINT Experience
• RF Development experience
• Experience working with a diverse set of government partners
• Experience with INDOPACOM problem sets
Responsibilities:
• Conduct threat and vulnerability analysis on adversary systems. Generate capability development lines of effort against discovered vulnerabilities as well as develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful deployment of effects.
• Coordinate mission partner and stakeholder engagement across DoD agencies and services
• Manage program transition activities, including driving action items to timely completion
• Develop and manage performers plans of action and milestones (POAMs) to ensure requirements are being fulfilled and completed for on time delivery to customers.
• Travel will be required to support performer, stakeholder, and partner engagements
