The Tier 2/VIP Desktop role would be responsible for assisting our EVPs & SVPs with IT issues and general support. In addition, support board meetings, global economic summits, and large-scale high visibility meetings. Monitoring, triaging, and closing tickets. Strong communication skills and ability to provide white glove service and translate technical data for executive users
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or:
• 5 years of experience with IT Certifications (ITIL, CompTIA, A+, Fundamentals)
• Dedication to ongoing continuing education.
Experience:
• 5-7 years of proven experience within IT engineering or System Administration
• Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL processes including incident and problem management
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Identity and Access Management, Device Management and Endpoint security
• Excellent knowledge of Qualifications
Knowledge of:
• SaaS solutions
• Microsoft 365, CRM, SharePoint, SCCM, MDM (Mobile Device Management)
• System Admin experience
• iPhone & Mac Laptop equipment
• Conferencing equipment – VoIP, Zoom, MS Teams, Clickshare’s, Projectors
Ability to:
• Collaborate with other staff members, other government agencies, economic development organizations and businesses, as well as independently.
