Insight Global is actively hiring a Palantir Field Service Representatives supporting the deployment and operational use of Palantir technologies—primarily Gotham, Foundry, and Gaia—within government and defense environments. The selected candidates will work onsite with users and military leadership to help implement and leverage the respective products to best meet their operational needs.
Candidates should have the following experience specifically with Palantir Products!
User Training & Support
Deliver in person, virtual or classroom training to analysts and operators of the platforms. This could included functionality; best practices, how to leverage the system and/or technical support in regards to implementation or integrations. Selected candidates may also mentor users on how to effectively utilize Palantir tools in operational settings and serve as a trusted advisor to help users develop workflows and integrate Palantir into their missions.
Candidates should also have experience with end user support issues and may collaborate with Palantir engineering teams to identify, report, and resolve technical issues and provide feedback to improve Palantir products based on user experience. Candidates may also provide operational Integration and in some cases, may embed with user groups (often military or intelligence teams) to support real-time operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Active Secret Clearance
Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is essential; familiarity with Gaia and Foundry is a plus.
Technical proficiency in hardware, networks, and server administration is critical, and experience with Python is a huge plus.
Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience in intelligence, military, law enforcement, or special operations is highly valued.
We are hiring multiple candidates for this role in multiple locations. Pay will vary based on experience, location, and Clearance, but we expect to pay 100K - 160K for these openings.
