About the Role
Culmen International is hiring a Sr. Exploitation Specialist/Analytical Methodologist to work onsite at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA.
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) expects to deliver AOS Metadata Cataloging and Management Services to enhance product and asset management of content enabling rapid creation of discoverable, modular, web enabled, and visually enriched Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) products for intelligence producers in NGA, across the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG).

What You'll Do in Your New Role
The Analytical Methodologist will support cross-functional operations spanning custom product creation that integrate with technology, apply processes creating new products that support advanced analytics and modeling, data management, application of software and AI. Supporting NGA in the GEOINT space.
Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) and analytical methodologies for GEOINT.
Implementation of methodologies for specific outputs.
Knowledge of intelligence operations and GEOINT phenomology.
Application of mathematical/statistical models to large datasets.
Apply structured processes to enrich or manage data.
Enabling customer satisfaction through advanced analytics.
Support for exploitation, analysis, product development, and data visualization.
Use scientific approaches for complex problem-solving.
Data consultation and recommendations for quantitative data selection and collection.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
10+ years of relevant experience
Ability to apply GEOINT standards and quality.
Ability to communicate with clarity and accuracy both verbally and written.
Must be able to work unsupervised and potentially help manage others in their field.
Desired Qualifications
Experience working with NGA, NRO and GEOINT.
Understanding of NGA, GEOINT and the IC and associated frameworks and policies.
Understanding of Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) and application of ABI methodologies.
Familiarity in the functional mission areas and key intelligence issues.
Perform a variety of data exploitation techniques including spatial analysis, network analysis and other data analytics as appropriate.
Experience utilizing GEOINT analytical databases and reporting tools.
Work independently with self-accountability and foster positive customer relationships.
Operate successfully as a team-member.
