Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical CI Analyst to join our team in support of critical national security missions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in technical all-source intelligence, counterintelligence analysis, and the generation of actionable leads. This role requires deep technical knowledge, a strong understanding of telecommunications and cyber operations, and a proven ability to produce and disseminate high-quality intelligence products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth technical all-source intelligence analysis to identify, assess, and develop leads supporting counterintelligence operations.
Integrate SIGINT and Cyber Operations data to produce actionable intelligence assessments.
Apply advanced knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies to support mission objectives.
Develop, write, and disseminate intelligence reports, briefings, and other analytic products for a range of stakeholders.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the cyber and technical domains.
Provide expert analytical support to operational activities and strategic decision-making processes.
Maintain a thorough understanding of adversary capabilities, intent, and technical methodologies.
Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in a technically relevant field (an additional 4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for a degree).
Minimum of 11 years of experience providing technical all-source intelligence analysis and generating leads.
At least 5 years of experience working with SIGINT and Cyber Operations.
Strong knowledge and understanding of telecommunications systems and networks.
Demonstrated ability to produce well-written, accurate, and disseminated intelligence products.
Desired Skills
Advanced degree in a relevant technical or intelligence field.
Experience supporting counterintelligence or insider threat missions.
Familiarity with analytic tools, databases, and methodologies used in SIGINT and cyber analysis.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and briefing skills.
