Responsibilities:
- Supports the development, review, processing, and execution of Identity Data Management (IdDM) plans, annexes, policies, and directives.
- Maintains knowledge of established IdDM plans to ensure that they support current and future operations.
- Prepares and delivers IdDM training to support and enhance unit readiness.
- Performs organizational, individual, and operational due diligence IAW DoD policies to maintain plans, mechanisms, travel awareness, etc.
- Evaluates the sustainability of the unit's IdDM Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Develops responses to IdDm requirements and assigned taskers while engaging associated organizations for support and collaborating or coordinating on externally generated requirements.
- Supports the daily management and oversight of IdDM Operation Security, including but not limited to the maintenance, issuance, tracking, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of IdDM program items.
- Contractor personnel shall be responsible for conducting Technical Supportability Reviews (TSR) or Policy and Standards Reviews (PSR) of all validated cover actions, submitted to the Government via the current requirements database or any subsequent requirements database created and/or implemented, to determine if it is supportable, verifiable, credible, realistic, and compatible.
- Track and maintain accountability of review tasks within the current requirements database or any subsequent database implemented in its place.
- Data mine the current requirements database to support review analysis.
- Conduct data management, file maintenance, and maintain organizational tools to track and record actions. Create reports, information papers, and briefings. Conduct briefings and attend organization staff-level meetings when requested.
- Establish and implement updated procedures in response to new policies and regulations. Provide input to policies, procedures, and standards, including written products, working groups, tabletop exercises, and pilots.
- Develop training materials, train all audiences on the program, including newly assigned personnel.
- Coordinate with supported units/organizations via in-person meetings, e-mail, or telephonic communication.
