Data Center Operations Site Lead & COMSEC Lead
The DCO / COMSEC Lead supports the development, delivery, configuration, optimization, and Tier 3 maintenance activities associated with complex, high performance, mission critical information technology systems. Specific activities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure personnel Health and Safety (OSHA), and all personnel comply with safety best practices, corporate training requirements, and HR policies.
Support all Customer Auditing scenarios (both SOC2 and ISO).
Serve as Major Incident Manager leading resolution and root cause analysis activities.
Conduct Hardware and Software Asset Management and license compliance activities.
Provide support to change management, configuration control, and Service Request/Incident Management processes.
Create and improve best-practice inspired processes for ensuring uninterrupted system availability.
Serve as the primary custodian for Government-provisioned Communications Security (COMSEC) material. Conduct COMSEC asset management, record keeping and compliance activities as required by U.S. Government protocols.
Ensure implementation of, and adherence to, US Government security practices and protocols. Establish standards for classified site and cleared staff assigned to, or visiting, the program Data Center.
Travel up to 20% of the time, as required, to perform on-site installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites or data centers.

Direct, recent experience in Iron Mountain’s Pennsylvania Data Center operations.

Educational and experiential requirements include:

15+ years of experience Data Center Operations.
Recent experience supporting classified U.S. Government programs.
Must complete Government provided COMSEC training within 6 months.
Clearance Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph
Have current IAM Level II to satisfy DOD 8570 IAT requirements
