The Opportunity

The Account Manager will provide operational and administrative support to a U.S. Government Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Capabilities Office, managing user accounts, access permissions, and Tier 1 service requests for OSINT tools, platforms, and data services.
This position serves as a key point of contact for account lifecycle management activities, including account creation, access validation, modification, and deactivation. The Account Manager will ensure all user and system access processes adhere to established security, privacy, and compliance standards. The role requires close coordination with system administrators, analysts, and program managers to maintain secure and efficient operations supporting the OSINT mission.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing accounts and access control in a government or mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain user accounts for OSINT tools, data systems, and analytic platforms.
  • Process Tier 1 service requests including account creation, access validation, modification, and deletion.
  • Validate user credentials and ensure permissions align with approved access levels and security policies.
  • Track and document user requests and issues using established ticketing and workflow systems.
  • Conduct routine account audits and reconciliations to maintain compliance with security and privacy requirements.
  • Provide first-line user support, troubleshooting account and access issues and escalating as needed.
  • Communicate with government stakeholders, analysts, and IT administrators to coordinate access provisioning and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of account management processes, procedures, and reporting metrics.
  • Support the development and improvement of access control procedures and operational best practices.
  • Ensure all account actions comply with federal cybersecurity, data protection, and information assurance standards
