Graham Technologies is seeking an Access Control Specialist to support its customers' enterprise Security Management System (SMS)-to include badging, CCTV, alarms, ensuring operational readiness, access administration, and stakeholder support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support SMS (badging/CCTV/alarms); add/remove facility access; maintain real-time data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and track software/hardware issues; conduct audits and inventories.
- Serve as ISSO/ISSM support for SMS functions; perform risk assessments for AIS, networks, and media.
- Lead special projects (badge redesigns, mass updates, re-badging).
- Coordinate site-operator meetings; produce minutes and follow-ups; brief customers.
- Maintain security plans, as-built drawings, and required documentation; assist investigations.
- Liaise with DoD/IC counterparts; support WSC/Help Desk
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Minimum of 3 years operating enterprise access control/alarm/CCTV systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills, including complex formulas and data-driven briefings.
- C-Cure
- SFPC; CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ (or similar).
