The Opportunity:
As a CACI- CENTCOM SCIF Manager, you will provide support to the Regional Narcotic Information Fusion Cell (RNIFC) in supporting operational support to the Law Enforcement Co-Director and CENTCOM CN. The work is executed OCONUS to support overseas operations, stateside, as international travel opportunities exist. You will interact directly with deployed partners, stakeholders, Task Leads, and embedded analysts as required.
Responsibilities:
As a SCIF Manager, you will directly support deployed teammates; answer requests for support from other mission partners (COCOMs, Special Operations Commands, IC elements, FEVY Partners, as well as US Federal LE); and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and customers. You will work closely with other team members to identify any anticipated issues relative to working at NAVCENT and CENTCOM CN. You will assist with Managing RNIFC financials, attend monthly RNIFC financial calls, and collect Monthly Status Reports for the Task Lead. Assist new RNIFC members with online security training, submitting visit access requests, passing clearance, SCI read-in, and completing SARR forms for NIPR, SIPR, SIPR Token, JWICS, and NAVCENT Parking permits. Complete Milstrip purchase for Office supply with NAVCENT N41. Obtain vendor quotes and assist with Government Purchase Card Request (GCPC). Assist with completing Contract purchase package requests, including Funding authorization requests (FAR), IGCE, Brand Name justification, and Sole source justification, and assist RNIFC with how to request ITPR through the Navy ITAS system. Coordinate with CENTCOM and RNIFC to help schedule SVTC, conference calls, and management meetings. Maintain and update all RNIFC organizational rosters. Available 24/7 to provide direction and assistance with issues.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the SCIF to ensure it remains in a constant state of readiness.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the SCIF to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Manage the physical and electronic security measures within the SCIF.
- Handle, store, and transmit SCI in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure all SCI is properly marked, stored, and accounted for.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all SCI activities within the SCIF.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to protect SCI. Conduct security training and awareness programs for SCIF personnel. Respond to security incidents and breaches, reporting them through the appropriate channels.
- Manage access to the SCIF, ensuring only authorized personnel with the appropriate clearance and need-to-know are granted entry.
- Maintain and update access logs and records.
- Ensure all SCIF equipment (e.g., secure communications devices, encryption tools) is functioning properly and maintained according to security standards.
- Coordinate with IT and security teams for any necessary upgrades or repairs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SCI-related issues within the SCIF.
- Collaborate with other security professionals, including government agencies and contractors, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI (TS/SCI) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a SCIF or similar secure environment.
- 3-7 years' SCIF manager experience in a military or a civilian Counter Narcotics, Counterterrorism, or Counter Threat Finance Organization (will consider varying degrees of experience in combination with education level)
- Proven experience handling SCI and adhering to stringent security protocols.
- Strong understanding of security regulations and procedures pertaining to SCI.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and perform effectively in high-stress situations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with security-related software and equipment.
