ASRC Federal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Analyst to support the oversight and administration of key financial and travel programs, including the ATF Charge Card Program, Extended Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel, and Permanent Change of Station (PCS) transfers. This role ensures the timely, compliant, and cost-effective use of Bureau resources.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience in financial management, travel administration, or government charge card programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Excel is required. Must possess strong analytical, compliance, and communication skills.
  • Active Secret clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary administrator for the ATF Charge Card Program (including convenience checks).
  • Maintain accurate and complete cardholder records.
  • Review charge card account activity, credit limits, and spending patterns to proactively identify fraud, waste, and/or abuse.
  • Periodically monitor accounts for delinquencies and misuse.
  • Manage account delinquencies, working to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Resolve account disputes reported by cardholders.
  • Process new travel and charge card applications and cancellations in a timely manner.
  • Promote efficiency and cost-effective use of the Travel Card Program throughout the agency.
  • Oversee the timely processing of payments and expense reimbursements for travel.
  • Support the Extended Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel Program, including coordination and ongoing management.
  • Support the Branch's overall function in auditing travel vouchers in E2 and maintaining related ATF policies.
  • Review Permanent Change of Station (PCS) obligations and expenses to ensure compliance with policy and budget allocations.
  • Support the overall arrangement and oversight of all PCS transfers and the Relocation Program.
  • Provide quarterly employee training on Travel Card and related policies and systems, as needed, to promote proper usage and compliance.
  • Support TCMB in the maintenance and updating of ATF travel and card management policies.
  • Assist with Conference reporting requirements.
