Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements processes and procedures meant to improve quality throughout the organization. Performs inspections of finished or in-process goods, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors.
  • Investigates quality failures and recommends changes to internal procedures to prevent future quality issues.
  • Assesses and reports on the impact of process changes on quality.
  • May be responsible for monitoring vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards. Performs work under minimal supervision.
  • Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. May act as a lead.
  • Responsible for the planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of all operational changes to create the release package for the delivery of, or changes to, the designated service.
  • Manages all aspects of the end-to-end release process. Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams (as applicable).
  • Ensure teams follow the organization's established policies and procedures.
  • Provides configuration management planning.
  • Provides support to the configuration change Operational and approval process.
  • Supports the quality assurance process audits.
  • Provide management reports on release progress.
  • Responsible for service roll out planning including method of deployment and plans communication implementation in coordination with the CBP Change Operational Process.

Qualifications

The Request Fulfilment Lead highly desired qualifications are:
  • An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
  • Relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science,
  • Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications.
  • A minimum eight (8) Plus years of experience in equivalent technical field.
