RMGS, Inc.is currently recruiting a Program Manager for MacDill AFP, Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level leadership, direction, and oversight of all FUSION contract activities in support of the USSOCOM J3.
- Serve as the principal interface with Government leadership, ensuring alignment of contractor activities with operational priorities and emerging mission requirements.
- Manage program scope, cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Oversee integration of planning, analysis, digital operations, and communications functions to ensure a unified and agile influence enterprise.
- Lead program risk management, issue resolution, and workforce optimization to maintain operational readiness across all task orders.
- Direct the development and implementation of strategic influence frameworks, integrating partner nation coordination, interagency collaboration, and advanced analytic tools.
- Ensure contractor personnel are fully supported, trained, and equipped to execute mission-critical tasks within dynamic operational environments.
- Provide executive briefings, performance reports, and contract deliverables to senior SOCOM officials and external stakeholders.
- Maintain continuous awareness of global operations, adversary information activities, and technological advancements affecting SOCOM's strategic influence posture.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain.
- Master's degree in Management, National Security, or related discipline
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience managing complex DoD programs, including at least 5 years leading Information Operations (IO), Influence, or Special Operations-related programs
- Prior experience supporting USSOCOM Headquarters, Service Components, or Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs).
- Demonstrated expertise in Information Operations, Psychological Operations (PSYOP), or Military Deception (MILDEC).
- Program Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA Level III certification preferred.
- Proven success managing complex contracts exceeding $50M in value and involving multi-agency coordination.
