RMGS, Inc.is currently recruiting a Deputy Program Manager for MacDill AFP, Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the PM in overall program execution, ensuring task performance aligns with SOCOM priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
- Serve as the on-site lead and daily interface for coordination with Government technical representatives, planners, and operational staff.
- Oversee day-to-day activities across workstreams (planning, analysis, communications, technical support) to ensure seamless integration and responsiveness.
- Manage short-term tasking, staffing adjustments, and surge requirements across multiple theaters.
- Lead internal coordination among contractor personnel, including scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, deliverables, and presentations to senior SOCOM officials.
- Track contract performance metrics, risk indicators, and budget status to support proactive management decisions.
- Mentor and provide direction to task leads and functional managers.
- Serve as acting PM when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and operations
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Management, International Affairs, or related discipline
- 8-10 years of relevant experience managing or supporting DoD operations or influence-related programs
- Prior SOCOM, Joint Staff, or Combatant Command experience.
- Experience with influence operations, information environment analysis, or global communications campaigns.
- PMP or equivalent management certification preferred.
- Strong background in interagency coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational planning.
