Job Description:
Serve as a Field Service Representative
Provide on-site support for a next generation Army intelligence and targeting system
This includes deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and repairs
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of the system
Train end-users on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
Respond to and resolve technical issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Document and report all activities, issues, and resolutions using appropriate reporting tools and systems
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and modifications
Follow latest developments, updates, and practices related to Army intel systems and doctrine
Provide feedback, recommendations, and enhancements based on field experience and user feedback
Follow safety protocols and security procedures according to organizational and military guidelines
Represent the organization positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders
Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
Troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases
Solves unique and challenging problems
Facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring customers' continued success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of experience in field service support or a related technical role
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in:
computer systems, networks, and software applications
Familiarity with Army intelligence and targeting systems is highly desirable
Ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and operational needs
Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
